COVA were charged with the provision of project management and quantity surveying services which were tailored to meet the individual needs of the client. We became an extension of the team in a partnership which focused on achieving our clients goals through the application of our skills and proven processes.
Challenges of the project included the remoteness of the site, which lacked access to regular supply lines. This not only presented a logistical challenge in the access of materials and labour to the land, but the team were also faced with the island becoming almost unpassable during the 4-6 months of the rainy season.
One hour offshore from Sihanoukville in the south of Cambodia, The Royal Sands design incorporates high-quality materials including teak wood, bamboo and limestone, with many open-air venues for enjoying the numerous ocean and sunset views. All villas offer outdoor salas, while others come with beachfront views and private swimming pools.
