We now have the opportunity for a Mechanical Design engineer to join our industrial team with a view to move into our leadership team.


The focus of your role will be to deliver a wide range of projects taking full responsibility for all technical design and documentation.  You are a degree qualified Mechanical or Process engineer with extensive experience in delivering capital projects with a passion for engineering and innovation. You are a highly organised with outstanding communication skills with the ability to mentor and guide your team to deliver outcomes for our clients.

  • 10 years+ experience in mechanical design for Industrial and process projects
  • Ability to assist in managing and mentoring a small team
  • Specific experience in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, diary or related industries desirable
  • Experience in acting as Project Leader/design leader for a consultancy on medium size projects
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and the ability to understand our client’s core business drivers.
